We are currently supporting a large renewable energy developer in their search for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to support the deployment photovoltaic, and battery energy storage systems, in Lower Saxony. In this role, you will be responsible for securing land and permits, negotiating contracts and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solar and BESS projects.
Daily Tasks
- Identification and evaluation of land solar and BESS projects
- Negotiating land contracts and securing the necessary permits
- Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, local authorities and key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and approval requirements
- Collaboration with project teams to optimise site selection and feasibility analysis
Qualifications
- Proven experience in land acquisition
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Network in Lower Saxony
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
