Salary: $115,000 - $160,000

Our Client is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Industrial Hygiene Office Lead to oversee operations and projects for our Southern California industrial hygiene department.
Position Overview: As the Industrial Hygiene Office Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our industrial hygiene services in Southern California. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. You will be responsible for supervising projects, fostering client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the industrial hygiene department.
- Oversee project execution and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is required.
- CAC certifications (Certified Asbestos Consultant) will also be considered.
- Proven experience in business development within the industrial hygiene or environmental consulting industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
