Junior Archaeologist
A leading firm is seeking a motivated Junior Archaeologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about archaeology and looking to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of NEPA documents and support Section 106 compliance.
- Conduct field surveys, site assessments, and data collection.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure archaeological considerations are integrated into project planning.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to archaeological findings and compliance.
- Engage with regulatory agencies and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Archaeology or a related field.
- 2-10 years of professional experience in archaeology.
- SOI Qualified archaeologist status.
- Familiarity with NEPA processes and Section 106 requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
