Job Title: Sales Manager (Energy Storage Systems - ESS)

Report Line:Regional Sales Head
Job Purpose: To drive market development and sales of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) in Japan, achieving the sales targets assigned by the region.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies for ESS products in Japan to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
2. Develop new customers in Japan, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients within the region, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region, adjusting sales strategies promptly to maintain a compete edge.
4. Coordinate internal resources across departments to drive smooth project implementation and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
5. Responsible for reporting and analyzing sales performance within the region, providing relevant market feedback and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
6. Complete the special work assigned by the Headquarter, cooperate to promote the sales progress, and complete the sales target
7. Complete other work arranged by the regional head
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred with at least 3 years working experience in ESS industry in Japan.
2. Native in Japanese, and fluent in speaking English/Chinese;
3. Extensive experience in sales within the ESS industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
4. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to establish strong collaborative relationships with clients.
5. Strong market analysis skills and business acumen, able to respond quickly to market changes.
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving project implementation and delivery effectively
