New Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to expand and create new businesses within the wind power value chain. This role involves collaborating with other companies, including international partners, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand new businesses such as the "Grid Storage Battery Business" and "CG Rendering Business" (70% of the role).
- Explore and plan new business opportunities focused on:
- Expanding demand for renewable energy and creating new value.
- Expanding business areas in peripheral fields of renewable energy generation and creating new business opportunities using existing resources.
- Implementing measures to strengthen renewable energy generation businesses (new technologies and services) (30% of the role).

Requirements:
- Experience in launching new businesses and forming business alliances (both 0→1 and 1→10 stages).
- Knowledge of the power industry and interest in renewable energy.
- Excellent Japanese language proficiency
- Comfortable working in English (TOEIC score of around 650).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in planning and proposing solutions to clients.
- Experience in cross-company or cross-department projects.
- Experience in investment considerations for startup companies.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher is a plus).
Working Hours:
- Standard hours: 9:15 AM - 5:30 PM
- Flextime system (core time: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- 1-hour break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, flexible)
Overtime:
- Expected 30-40 hours per month (based on a 7-hour 15-minute workday).
Annual Salary:
- ¥8,000,000 - ¥11,000,000 (including 20 hours of overtime and standard bonuses equivalent to 6 months).
