International Finance Manager

Job Title: International Finance Manager

Location: Singapore (with short-term international travels)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Debt Finance Management: Responsible for managing the company's debt finance outside of China, including green power project-related finance, local corporate finance, trade finance in host countries, guarantee-related affairs, and forex management assistance.
2. Project Involvement: Participate in project bidding, commercial negotiations, and internal project review meetings. Prepare documents and financial models for lenders' due diligence, and seek the best possible funding solutions in collaboration with various business functions and head office finance.
3. Corporate Treasury Strategy: Involve in the formation and implementation of the corporate treasury strategy.
4. Financial Institution Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions in Singapore and other countries outside of China.
5. Ad Hoc Missions: Undertake other ad hoc missions assigned by the head office.
6. Renewable Energy Financing: Lead and manage project financing, debt financing, and channel financing specifically for renewable energy projects, ensuring optimal financial structuring and risk management.
7. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of financing initiatives for renewable energy projects, including identifying potential funding sources and negotiating terms.
8. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the renewable energy sector, providing insights to support financing decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance or equivalent disciplines.
2. Experience: Over 8 years of working experience in a multinational bank, with a proven track record in project-related debt financing. Experience in renewable energy project financing is highly desirable.
3. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
4. Residency: Must be a Singaporean national or PR holder
5. Corporate Treasury Experience: Over 3 years of corporate treasury experience is an advantage.
6. Personal Attributes: Open-minded, detail-driven, strong self-management, high stress resistance, and a strong desire to learn.
7. Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
