Industrial Project Manager (Electrical Background) - Purcellville / Winchester (must live locally)
Are you ready to lead with a spark? We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager with a background in electrical construction. This is a permanent full-time position that may require occasional travel.
*Must live locally to Purcellville / Winchester, VA*
As an ideal candidate you would have the following skills / experience:
- You have experience in industrial projects
- At least 3 years' experience as a project manager
- Capable of discussing technical problems and solutions with clients
- Degree background not essential but preferred (apply anyway)
- Open and people oriented personality
- Capable of working under pressure
- Tracking cost / time / quality on industrial projects
- Electrical License / Journeyman License (desirable)
- Experience in PM / Estimating / Bidding
- General technical skills with computers / project management software
General Responsibilities:
- Overseeing field supervisors
- Management of project teams across projects
- Planning, Procurement, Execution of projects from start to finish
- Safety / layout of work / scheduling / time-entry / quality control / daily logs & reports
