Position Overview: As a the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and development of various projects within our extensive backlog. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and development of commercial, industrial, residential, and multifamily land development projects.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and career advancement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil/site land development engineering, with a focus on commercial, industrial, residential, and multifamily projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
