HVAC Controls Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install, program, start-up, commission, troubleshoot, and repair building automation systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Execute software and hardware upgrades.
- Conduct system analysis, performance testing, and customer training.
- Communicate effectively with customers and resolve complaints.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience with Building Automation Systems.
- Knowledge of BACnet, LonWorks, Niagara AX/Niagara 4.
- Strong computer and networking skills.
- Ability to read and understand control wiring diagrams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record.
