We are assisting our client, a leading renewable energy company, in expanding their team. They are seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key HR functions and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing HR processes, including but not limited to:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support the expansion of the team by managing job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and tracking hiring processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Facilitate salary negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including IT equipment handovers and orientation.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in both electronic and physical formats.
- Oversee employee attendance records and HR system management.
- Support HR-related payment processes and assist with compliance requirements such as document stamping.
Employee Engagement & Support:
- Monitor employee benefits utilization and assist in benefits administration.
- Organize and support HR-related events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between the company and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including handling employee inquiries, emails, and HR-related meetings.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
