Are you an experienced estimator with a background in water utilities, storm/sewer or civil construction? We're looking for a Senior Estimator to lead the way in pricing and planning for key infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for utility and pipeline projects.
- Review project plans, specs, and requirements to determine costs and resources.
- Work with project teams to finalize scopes and budgets.
- Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and value.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and maintain cost databases.
- Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience in construction estimating, especially for utilities and pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of water, storm, and sewer construction processes and materials.
- Familiarity with estimating software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
