Key Responsibilities:
- Manage highway projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Oversee planning, design, and construction phases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 10-15 years of roadway project management experience.
- Knowledge of NY highway design standards and regulations.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
