Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.

Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale heavy civil projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in overseeing diverse aspects of construction, including grading, utilities, roadways, and bridges.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges in real-time.
- Previous experience working with local subcontractors and suppliers is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and field staff.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute project plans.
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, progress, and incidents.
