Salary: $130,000- $170,000 + Bonus(s)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of heavy civil projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction sector
- Proven track record of managing large infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality assurance practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software
