Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Project Healthcare Architect, with experience preparing designs and integrating engineering aspects into a collaborative design. This position will also be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project designs
- Design work through Construction Administration
- Mentoring more junior designers
- Participate in review meetings with current and prospective clients
Qualifications:
- 10+ years as a licensed architect with experience in healthcare, medical buildings, commercial, state, federal, or municipal projects
- Colorado licensure
- NCARB Certification and LEED certifications preferred
- Healthcare experience is required
- Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
- 5 year Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or 4 year degree with a Master's
- Able to travel up to 20% (project dependent)
- US citizenship (due to federal projects)
Benefits:
This position offers a salary ranging from $105,000-170,000 dependent upon experience. Also includes medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.
