Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of wind farm development, from site identification to commissioning.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary project development team.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate project pipelines.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including local authorities, landowners, grid operators, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with German regulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and environmental assessments.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and construction teams to optimise project feasibility and execution.
- Monitor market trends and policy developments to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Extensive experience in wind project development from inception to completion.
- Deep understanding of German permitting, environmental regulations, and grid connection processes.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and negotiations.
- Solid project management expertise, including budgeting, time lines, and risk mitigation.
- Fluent in German and English
