We are helping our client find a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their residential sector sales team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building processes, standardizing sales operations, and driving regional expansion. This role will initially focus on Singapore, with the potential to expand and lead operations in the Philippines and Thailand, ultimately becoming a regional role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Drive regional expansion efforts, focusing initially on the Philippines and Thailand.
- Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience in sales management, particularly in high-performance environments such as credit card, insurance, or real estate sectors. Solar industry experience will be a plus.
- Proven experience in building and standardizing sales processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and scale teams.
- Experience in regional expansion and market development will be a plus.
- A technical background or understanding of solar is beneficial, but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
