This firm provides a spectrum of services including geotechnical reconnaissance, assessment, and investigations, conventional and advanced laboratory testing, conventional and advanced geotechnical engineering analyses and design, grading observations, soils testing, and forensic evaluations.

Typical Duties will include:
Supervising a team of engineers, assistant engineers and engineering assistants
Assist Regional VP's with development of annual business plan and accountability for the execution of market strategies
Attending client meetings and performing client-related project administrative tasks
Drive the inclusive culture of collaboration and employee development
Independently evaluating, selecting, performing and checking standard engineering analyses
Qualifications and Skills:
BSc In Civil Engineering or related Field
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Minimum 10-25 years geotechnical Industry experience
Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical engineering and people management
Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software and relevant design codes
Proven leadership skill with ability to mentor
