We are seeking a dynamic Seller-Doer with a Geotechnical Engineering background to join a team at one of the most reputable engineering firms globally . This hybrid role combines business development with technical project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a book of business in geotechnical services.
- Identify and cultivate new clients while maintaining existing relationships.
- Lead project proposals and bids, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Oversee project execution, including geotechnical design and fieldwork.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in business development and project management.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Seller/doer approach - have pre-existing relationship with commercial clients across the North East
- Eager to achieve results!
