Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eith environmental and/or water consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for sustainability. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the firm.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Oversee project management and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Qualifications:

Ideal backgrounds would be in environmental approvals, impact assessments, hydrogeology or water resources, with project experience in resources, infrastructure, urban development, and/or renewables.
- Proven track record of successful project management and business development.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
