A well-established and growing advisory firm is seeking an Associate to join its Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact cases involving financial investigations, dispute resolution, and complex valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in forensic investigations, financial analyses, and litigation support engagements.
- Conduct business valuations for a variety of purposes, including disputes, M&A, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant data to uncover key insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, exhibits, and presentations for use in litigation and arbitration.
- Collaborate with senior team members, attorneys, and clients to develop case strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and valuation methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, or CFE designation (or progress toward certification) is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, or litigation support.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
