Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze fire protection systems for buildings and facilities.
- Perform risk assessments, code analysis, and system evaluations to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other disciplines to develop integrated fire protection solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in the development of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with fire protection standards, codes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fire protection engineering.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes, building codes, and fire protection system design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
