Job Description: As a Senior Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, designing, and programming control systems from scratch using Niagara and Distech. You will play a pivotal role in building and leading our controls division, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, design, and program control systems using Niagara and Distech.
• Develop and implement control strategies for various building automation systems.
• Lead the creation and growth of the controls division within the company.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Niagara and Distech control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design and program control systems from scratch.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in control systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Client Facing selling ability
