About the Role
As a Senior Producer, you'll own the production process, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail aligns with client goals, budgets, and timelines. You'll be a key player in shaping the success of our projects, leveraging your expertise to provide innovative solutions, maintain profitability, and deliver unparalleled client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee multiple projects from kickoff to execution, adhering to internal processes and maintaining brand standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop executable strategies that align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors, fostering strong relationships while ensuring competitive bids and cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Accounts, Strategy, Design, Client Development, and Operations teams to deliver integrated and impactful experiences.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets in real-time, ensure profitability, and handle reconciliations and closeouts.
- Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain essential production documents, including budgets, schedules, run-of-shows (ROS), and staff manuals, using approved templates.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with Project and Account Managers to refine and present materials, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- On-Site Execution: Travel as needed to oversee the flawless execution of events and experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and execute complex projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative and strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and software like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Slack.
