Key Responsibilities:

๐น Evaluate subcontractor quotes and maintain strong vendor relationships
๐น Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to streamline workflows
What We're Looking For:
๐ธ 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the general contracting or industrial construction space
๐ธ Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and market trends
๐ธ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
๐ธ Proven track record of preparing competitive bids and budget management
๐ธ Experience with design-build and self-perform construction is a plus!
