Role Overview:
They are seeking a dedicated and skilled Estimator to join the team. This is a remote (work from home) position. The Estimator will be responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for the Roofing Division.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality in each proposal
- Prepare cost models
- Coordinate work with key Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales, and Field Technicians
- Review and respond to all pre-qualification requests
- Provide accurate estimates/bids
- Coordinate with Subcontractors
- Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to:
- Initiate action to prevent non-conformity in service, process, and quality
- Identify and record service, process, or quality system problems
- Recommend and provide solutions through designated channels
- Verify the implementation of solutions
- Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the issue is resolved
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in estimating and project management
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Willingness to work remotely and coordinate with various teams
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
