Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic ESS Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a broad perspective, capable of identifying client needs and proposing customized solutions using our product lineups.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Needs Assessment:
- Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify the best solutions from our product offerings.
Solution Proposal:
- Develop and present customized solutions that align with client needs using our energy storage systems (ESS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
Versatile Role Execution:
- Adapt to various roles and responsibilities based on client needs, including technical support, sales, and project management.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
Industry Expertise:
- Leverage experience in Renewable Energy, Electric, Electronic, Semiconductor, Transmission, Battery, EMS/BMS, or Data Centre industries to inform client solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients in Japanese; proficiency in either English or Chinese is also required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role within the Renewable Energy, Electric, Electronic, Semiconductor, Transmission, Battery, EMS/BMS, or Data Centre industries.
- Strong understanding of energy storage systems and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory; proficiency in English or Chinese is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt and work across different aspects of the business based on client needs.
