Environmental Project Manager - PG or PE
We are looking for a skilled Environmental Project Manager to join our team in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. The role focuses on managing environmental projects, especially in soil and groundwater remediation.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all stages of environmental projects to ensure they meet client expectations, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct detailed analysis, design, and technical assessments.
Create comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and bid documents.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice.
Supervise construction activities linked to environmental remediation efforts.
Initiate and drive business development activities to grow our client base and project portfolio.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level staff to foster their professional growth and career development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in environmental project management.
Professional Geologist (P.G.), Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, or PMP certification.
Experience with Department of Defense and/or large federal projects.
Proven expertise in project management, technical writing, and proposal development.
Experience with fixed-price, performance-based environmental projects with a construction component.
Strong client management and business development abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with federal, state, and local agencies on regulatory requirements.
Ability to adhere to schedules, scopes, budgets, and project management quality standards.
