Job Description: Environmental Project Manager

Role Overview: As an Environmental Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing clients and developing new business opportunities. Your role will include overseeing projects, mentoring junior staff, and providing senior direction on various projects for real estate, manufacturing, industrial, governmental, waste management, and energy clients.
Qualifications:
- BS in Geology, Environmental Science, or Civil/Environmental Engineering (MS a plus)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in hazardous waste site investigation and remediation
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience supervising technical and administrative staff
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated business development and client management experience
- Experience with soil and groundwater characterization at RCRA, CERCLA, and Brownfield sites, and developing remediation strategies
- Experience in due diligence, regulatory compliance, and environmental management system audits
- Phase I/II environmental assessments for real estate development
- Site investigation and remediation under state voluntary programs and RCRA Corrective Action
- P.E. or P.G. preferred
- Environmental compliance experience (spill response plans, water/waste permitting, compliance audits, etc.)
- Existing client connections
