Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Environmental Business Leader to join our team in Hong Kong.

Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand the business in Hong Kong and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of environmental professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of regional operations with global business objectives and standards.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of environmental projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the regional environmental business budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the environmental or sustainability space, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and environmental impact assessments.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record in business development and client management within the environmental consulting industry.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of environmental regulations and market dynamics in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.
