About the Role:
My client, an award-winning engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the construction or engineering sectors. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Exhibit proficiency in managing multiple large-scale projects, collaborating with senior engineers and sub-consultants
- Offer guidance and mentorship to design engineers
- Independently prepare client proposals
- Actively develop business relationships with both new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of previous project management experience, particularly in construction or engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical system design
- Proficiency in relevant codes and standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
