Engineering Project Manager - Renewable Energy (Utility-Scale Solar & Storage)
A leading renewable energy company is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to play a key role in the execution of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical efforts across design, engineering, and project execution, working closely with internal teams, EPC contractors, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Technical Leadership - Serve as the primary engineering resource, ensuring technical accuracy in project execution.
✔ Project Execution - Oversee engineering reviews, performance estimates, cost evaluations, and risk assessments.
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with project management, development, asset management, and financing teams.
✔ Value Engineering & Quality Control - Optimize designs, mitigate risks, and support commissioning activities.
✔ Process Improvement - Develop and refine engineering procedures for large-scale renewable projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
🔹 5+ years of experience in project engineering, development engineering, or owner's engineering in the renewable energy sector.
🔹 Strong background in utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.
🔹 Proficiency in SCADA, I&C systems, and engineering software (AutoCAD, PVSyst, Microsoft Project).
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and financial stakeholders.
🔹 A proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
