Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a regulatory/rates position
- Experienced in cost allocation, revenue requirements, and rate design
- Expert witness testimony experience
- Background in energy policy analysis, wholesale markets, energy procurement, and settlement
