We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage large multifamily electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate all electrical construction activities on-site.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Manage and mentor a team of electricians and other site personnel.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
-Electrical background with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction.
-Proven experience in managing large multifamily projects.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical construction.
