Job Title: Electrical Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical safety within our projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety among our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive electrical safety programs and policies.
-Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
-Provide training and guidance to employees on electrical safety practices and procedures.
-Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions as needed.
-Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety protocols are followed.
-Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging safety trends.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical safety management, preferably within the construction or electrical contracting industry.
-In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E & OSHA 500)
