Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager
Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 + ESOP & Bonus

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager with experience in building residential and commercial construction projects to join their already successful team.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects, with a focus on high rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and records.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
- Perform quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management in San Francisco
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, and standards related to electrical engineering.
- Experience leading teams in electrical construction projects in San Francisco is essential
