Job Description: Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical projects, particularly in data centers and hyperscale projects? Our client is seeking a strategic hire to help develop their new data center and mission-critical department. This is your chance to bring your expertise to a dynamic team and work alongside the Senior Director on some of the most exciting and impactful projects in the industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the new data center and mission-critical department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, with a focus on data centers and hyperscale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Professional Engineer, PMP, OSHA certification) are a plus.
