About the Opportunity
We are currently searching for a full-time Electrical Group Manager to join our Wall Township, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant design experience in consulting engineering and/or construction projects.

The selected candidate will collaborate with talented engineers across multiple disciplines, working together to design, develop, and deliver projects that enhance everyday life. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to project proposals by defining the scope of work and budget.
- Review and update electrical department standards, details, and specifications.
- Foster strong working relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control reviews at various stages of project design.
- Mentor and coach electrical team members, assisting in performance evaluations.
- Work with project managers to determine staffing needs for each project.
- Ensure financial and technical project success while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for technical inquiries.
- Represent the company at client meetings and technical conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering and/or construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in New Jersey and New York.
