Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager - Water/Wastewater Systems Integration

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical team in delivering innovative systems integration solutions for water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and a background in water/wastewater infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development.
- Project Oversight: Manage electrical system design, integration, and commissioning for water/wastewater treatment projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on electrical design, including power distribution, control systems, and automation, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing technical support and project updates.
- Quality & Compliance: Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all electrical engineering deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (PE preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role, with a focus on water/wastewater projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, etc.)
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
