DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Researches, designs, develops, tests, and installs electrical apparatus, components, equipment, and machinery. Designs, constructs, and operates systems, machinery, and equipment used for generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. Works closely with other engineering areas to obtain optimum utilization of equipment, machinery, and resources. May mentor Electrical Designers.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years' experience with design.
Extensive Experience with Electrical panel design software such as
* SolidWorks Electrical,
* AutoCAD Electrical,
* Eplan, E3
Knowledge of applicable UL and NFPA codes and standards
* UL508
* UL508A
* NFPA70
* NFPA79
