Job Overview:
The Architectural Education Principal will lead a growing office, interacting with senior representatives and clients. This role involves overseeing client relations, project team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction on their K-12 and Higher Education team. Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional presentation abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the region
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Foster relationships with potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Support staff development and oversee recruitment efforts
- Lead the full design team
Qualifications:
- Experience in K-12, Higher Education
- DSA experience
- Registered Architect in California
- 20+ years of experience
