LVI Associates is currently partnered with a 100% Employee Owned Leading Regional Firm looking to bring on a Roadway/Drainage Engineer out of their Atlanta office. They have a large and growing backlog with GDOT and are eager to continue expansion in their Atlanta office.
Responsibilities:
- Working on various Roadway and Highway projects with GDOT and various local municipalities
- Expertise in DOT requirements and procedures, specifically hydraulics, drainage, storm water, and/or erosion
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Assist civil engineers with planing and layout of drainage infrastructure
- Analyze and design drainage/storm water infrastructure
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- EIT License (PE preferred)
- 4+ years in hydraulics
- Experience with GDOT highly desirable
- Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, Geopak Drainage, HEC-RAS
