My client is looking to continue to expand their land development division, where they are seeking a 15+ years of experience in either commercial or residential development and come in as a Director of Land Development.
Requirements:
- PE License in TX
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 15+ Years of experience in land development, either residential or commercial development.
- Project Management experience
- Able to lead and manage a department.
- Business Development and client interaction experience.
- Based in Dallas, TX
