This role is perfect for someone with significant experience in managing design projects and teams, particularly within the municipal sector. The successful candidate will lead their team by example, fostering growth and encouraging professional development among staff. The ideal candidate is located near Madison, Milwaukee, or Menomonee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of design team
- Mentor and develop staff capabilities
- Conduct annual reviews, recommend salary adjustments
- Liaise with clients during meetings to support client managers
Candidate Profile:
- At least eight years of industry experience
- Strong background in civil or transportation engineering sectors
- Preferred experience managing staff
- P.E License (Professional Engineer): Required as validation of skills and knowledge essential for this leadership position
- Proficiency with Civil3D CAD software
The Compensation Package Includes:
- Base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 (roughly, based on experience)
