Job Title: Service Operations Supervisor
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports To: Regional Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Lead and support the growth of local service operations, overseeing Service Technicians, Engineers, Project Managers, and Dispatchers. Responsible for team development, technical support, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution.
- Manage PM contracts, customer relationships, and small projects.
- Approve time sheets, expenses, and ensure timely billing.
- Provide technical support and coordinate team training.
- Conduct team meetings and promote a positive team culture.
- Track cost projections and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC DDC controls and troubleshooting.
- Leadership experience managing service teams.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and programming.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
