About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in West Caldwell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming Allen Bradley PLCs and hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA systems using FactoryTalk, Ignition, or Wonderware.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement control systems, including PLC and HMI/SCADA programming
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of existing control systems
Provide technical support and training to other team members
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs
Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA systems using FactoryTalk, Ignition, or Wonderware
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional PLC platforms and HMI/SCADA systems
Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols
Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
