• BSEE or similar degree.
• 3+ years in electro-mechanical design for manufacturing.
• Industrial equipment experience; panel, wood, or pulp/paper handling preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motion, and control components.
• Experience with PLC programming, HMI design, industrial networking, MCC configuration, and Closed-Loop Servo control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2012, Microsoft Office, Rockwell, and Siemens software.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Field start-up and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
