Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in NYC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing a variety of project types and be eager to contribute to a growing company. This role will involve leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure efficient execution.
- Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and city officials to navigate NYC's regulatory landscape.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and safety requirements.
- Problem-solve on-site issues and implement proactive strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a strong work ethic and team culture.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in NYC construction (residential, commercial, or mixed-use preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB regulations, and permitting processes.
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
