Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated construction manager to oversee all aspects of ground mount projects. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with engineering, procurement, field staff, installers and vendors to ensure successful project completion. If you have at least 4 years' experience working in EPC-focused construction management roles - we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing large-scale solar installations
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent
Skills:
We are looking for someone who has expertise within the following areas:
Project Management
Coordinate complex projects by planning schedules; monitoring progress against those schedules; identifying risks/issues/dependencies impacting delivery timelines.
Team Coordination & Collaboration
Working closely with key stakeholders including Project Managers (PMs), Engineering Procurement teams etc., ensuring alignment around program goals/objectives whilst driving continuous improvement efforts across cross-functional teams.
Budgeting/Cost Control Skills.
-Develop detailed financial plans/budgets for company
-Monitor actual spending through regular variance analysis/reports on performance metrics
