Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the design intent throughout the Construction Administration (CA) phase of key projects.
- Act as a technical resource for all project teams, collaborating with internal building science experts to share best practices.
- Perform peer quality control reviews at major project milestones.
- Provide insight and identify challenges and opportunities during the Design Development (DD) phase when possible.
- During the Construction Documents (CD) phase, assist in researching and specifying materials, detailing constructible solutions, and advising on the integration of site, structure, and MEP systems.
Qualifications:
- Licensed architect.
- 10+ years of experience, with some of that time dedicated to CA activities.
- Proficiency in a BIM-centered workflow and digital tools for CA.
